BV is itchy smelly and sore. Yeast infection is mostly the same but with thick white lumpy discharge. Both are easilly treated so see your Dr to get some antibitoics.

Bacteria and Fungus. You can take antibacterials for vaginosis and fungal creams, ointment for yeast infection. Well, between the two, having a yeast infection takes longer for you to cure it. While becterial vaginosis, symptoms gradually disappear as soon as 3-5 days, but still you have to take the medicine for about 6-10 days to prevent resistance of that bacteria.
