you can try taking acidophilus suppliments and eatting up on yogurt. Also drinking cranberry juice. Also check out the link below for more info.
A bacterial vaginosis could back up to the fallopian tubes and uterus causing permanent sterility. Why would you risk that and try unproven "natural" remedies when effective medication is available? Doucheing with anything, including plain water will increase your chances of getting bacterial vaginosis.
