The best thing to us to try to cure BV is a ice pack,or you could use a rag and place ice in it. (Do that for 2 weeks) (That to stop the itching)
Also douche with 1/2 of water 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 of a acidophilus capsules.

Fill the douche bottle half-way with water.
Add another half to the douche bottle and that would be hydrogen peroxide.
Then, break the acidophilus capsules and pour the power in the douche bottle.
Close the top of the douche bottle and Shake the douche bottle up.
And proceed to squeeze liquid upward inside vagina.
Try to put most of the liquid back out of you.

(It may burn alittle)

After doing that place ice pack on top of vagina to stop the itching.

The best soap to use is Cocoa Butter bar Soap. Because any other soap will be to strong. And will cause BV to come.
This worked for me and I haven’t seen it any more.
Don’t scrub your private area just wipe really softly and rinse with warm water.

Make sure to wear cotton panties and hand wash your panties in your sink with Cocoa Butter Soap and you could air dry them or put them in the drier.

Make sure to drink alot of water everyday, if you are going to drink soda make sure that its clear and don’t drink it everyday. Try to stick with water and cranberry juice which would keep you clear from bv.

It kills all of your bacteria, good and bad, and it ends up coming back over and over. This website offered a permenent solution for me. Look at the hydrogen peroxide section. It sounds crazy, but that is what permentantly worked for me. Good Luck!! BV SUCKS!!!!

You can try using natural (live) yogurt on a tampon and inserting it for an hour or two.Eating it is also useful as it contains Lactobacillus which can help rebalance the harmful bacteria which is causing the infection.
Garlic capsules which you eat (from a health food shop) can help as they contain natural antibacterial properties, The other remedy I know of is using tea tree oil pessaries in the vagnia, as TTO is a powerful antibacterial remedy. You can also have a bath in tea tree oil (a few drops in a warm bath) as this can also help.
