So you can't pass it to a guy and have him pass it back to you. You CAN however pass a yeast infection or trichomoniasis back and forth, but NOT BV. A lot of women get BV after having sex. Bacteria can get in the vagina during sex and can cause a women to develop BV. I've personally had BV twice. Both times were after I had sex. I took my medication and it was cured. Make sure you finish all your medication and don't have sex until you've done that. You can have sex while you have BV but it can irritate the vagina even more and make it very uncomfortable (not to mention it smells pretty bad). Good luck!
