I’VE TAKEN MY MEDS FOR BACTERIA VAGINOSIS BUT I HAVE SEX WITH THAT SAME GUY.CAN HE PASS IT BACK TO ME OR OTHER PARTNERS IF HE NEVER TOOK THE MEDS.

It depends , did you have sex with him prior to taking antibiotics? If you did then yes , It can take up to 48hours for antibiotics to start working . For now just dont have sex until both of you have been seen by a physician.
