I usually noticed a change in the foul odor and the heavier discharge around day 5 of the 7 day treatment. Remember, antibiotics work best when you take them on a regular schedule so it may just not be finished working. I would have the doctor recheck you to see if the infection is gone. You might need a second round of meds....if symptoms are still there after a couple of days, give the dr's office a call.
