It was the only thing that worked for me after battling BV for over a year. My obgyn says that it is okay for me to do this as needed. I did go to my general practitioner for a wellness check up and found my vitamin d levels to be extremely low. I started taking the recommended amt of vitamin d and now I don't even have to do the water/peroxide douche! I feel so liberated!!! I’ve tried water/peroxide douches (more water than peroxide). I've tried the home remedies i found online and even paid the website so i could find out. These are the things i've tried and did not work for me, T tree oil, apple vinegar, those live culture pills, kefir (live culture yogurt). They can do way more harm than good. I was taking flagyl, but i had some pretty bad reactions to that. I read a good article about bv on goarticles.com. I am going to try to cure my bv naturally too.
