If you're just on oral antibiotics, I don't see what it would hurt but I would recommend he use a condom just for extra insurance (plus antibiotics f*ck with the bc pill). Personally, I'd wait and have sex during my period. You could always make this an experiment in arousal. Spend the next ten days working each other up but not having any sex.
